International Shipping

Our website will automatically put the currency in the country your computer's IP is located. There is a flag in the bottom right corner of the screen that allows you to change the country or look at the customs/fees it is calculating on your order.

International shipments, customs and fees are processed through a 3rd party called Zonos. All fees are calculated before an order is processed to avoid unexpected charges. There is no option to pay these fees locally.

Taxes, Fees and Customs are listed under "Taxes", even if a country is exempt from taxes. It is just the line item title, it is not specifically what the amount is classified.

Marine Sanitation is not responsible for abandoned or stolen orders that have shipped internationally. If an order is refused, the refund will incur the return transport fees & taxes charged.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any current payment method and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

What is the return policy?

Returns are to be shipped back within 30 days of delivery, with a copy of your receipt or a legible note with your full name and phone number used on the order, stating an explanation of its return and a request for refund.

Marine Sanitation is not responsible for the return of items that are ordered incorrectly or no longer needed. Freight costs are the responsibility of the returnee in those cases. If an item is shipped incorrectly or packaged incorrectly by the manufacturer, we will do our best to rectify the situation, per situation.
