My Account

How do I create an account?

  1. Click the "Register" link at the top right side of our site.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

If you have already placed an order and have set up an account after, please call or email us and we will transfer your order(s) to your new account as long as the email matches.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "Sign In" link at the top right hand side of our site and then "Account" to edit your account information.

How much is shipping?

Freight amounts are determined live by UPS or USPS and will reflect the actual costs per the weight and dimensions of an order. Simply add items to your cart and there will be a "Get Rates" feature that will show you live rates. Shipping method and rates are also provided when you are checking out.

Please Note: Items such as Hose will possibly calculate a little high, since they calculate per foot. If the freight is less, we will revise your order to the lesser amount before capturing the funds.

I forgot my password.

Click the "Sign In" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?". Make sure you enter the same email your account is under. You will be sent a temporary password. Once you are logged in with your new password you can navigate to your account on the Top Right corner of the website and go to "Account Settings" where you can change the password to your choosing.

How do I return my product?

Returns are to be shipped back within 30 days of delivery, with a copy of your receipt or a legible note with your full name and phone number used on the order, stating an explanation of its return and a request for refund.

Marine Sanitation is not responsible for the return of items that are ordered incorrectly or no longer needed. Freight costs are the responsibility of the returnee in those cases. If an item is shipped incorrectly or packaged incorrectly by the manufacturer, we will do our best to rectify the situation, per situation.

Returns on Free Shipping Promotions will incur the freight amount upon credit.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product. Please refer to your online order ahead of time to verify the correct part was ordered.

What is your return policy?

Marine Sanitation is not responsible for products that are abandoned or stolen from their shipment destination. Once a package is scanned in as delivered, it is no longer eligible for compensation or replacement covered by Marine Sanitation & Supply. Refused packages will incur the original freight amount and the return fees when refunded.

INTERNATIONAL: Marine Sanitation is not responsible for abandoned or stolen orders that have shipped internationally. If an order is refused, the refund will incur the return transport fees & taxes charged.

When will my order ship?

Our shipping hours are Mon-Fri 8am-3:30pm pacific time: Orders typically ship the same day if you order within those hours, and the items are in stock. If you placed an order in the evening or on a weekend, they will typically ship the following business day.
