Do I have to pay sales tax?

There will be Washington State Tax applied if an order is shipping within Washington. Orders shipped out of Washington will not incur taxes unless the items are being drop shipped from a manufacturer with nexus tax in your state. These taxes are calculated into the freight, so there will not be hidden fees later.

I have a question on my charges.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. In some cases we will have lowered the amount of your order if freight was less or any revisions were done to lower the amount. These changes are not always updated on the online order itself, but your packing slip should reflect the lower amount captured. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 2-5 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?

The charges will immediately show as a pending transaction. Within a week the amount authorized, or a lesser amount if the order was revised, will be processed as a complete payment.
