Order Status: To access order statuses, you must create an account when placing your order. If you create an account later, call us and we can transfer the order to your account as long as the email matches.
Shipping Carriers Do Not Guarantee Their Quoted Transit Times. Marine Sanitation & Supply is not responsible for costs paid towards shipped items that are delayed in transit.
Has my order shipped?
Click the "Sign In" link at the top right hand side of our site and then "Account" to check your orders status. NOTE: You should have received an email shipping notification from UPS or USPS when your order shipped. Make sure to check your email, junk mail or any filters you may have set up in your email.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Please call or email us to cancel or change quantities to an order. Our carriers pick up around 3:30pm pacific time. As long as the order has not left the building, we can revise or cancel the order.
How do I track my order?
Click the "Sign In" link at the top right hand side of our site and then "Account" to track your order. You also will have received a tracking confirmation when the shipment was processed. If you did not see it in your email inbox, please check your junk mail. It will have come directly from USPS or UPS.
My order never arrived.
Click the "Sign In" link at the top right hand side of our site and then "Account" to find the tracking for your order. If the tracking shows it is still in transit, please allow time. Marine Sanitation will not have information that is not provided on the tracking results you are viewing. If it has been more than 10 business days, please call us and we can discuss a solution.
If it is scanned in as "delivered" but you do not see the package at the destination, please verify the correct shipping address was provided. There can be instances that the driver has delivered it to a neighbor or a nearby office by mistake. Please help us by checking around to see if this was the case. If you cannot locate the package, we can try to file a claim with the carrier to see if they can locate it. Re-shipping an order before the carrier delivers the package or claims it is lost will entail you placing a second order. If/when the first order arrives, you can either return it for a refund or keep it. If the item is never delivered we will file a claim and refund you the amount.
Marine Sanitation is not responsible for products that are stolen or abandoned from their shipment destination. Once a package is scanned in as delivered, it is no longer eligible for compensation or replacement covered by Marine Sanitation & Supply.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Click the "Sign In" link at the top right hand side of our site and then "Account" to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped, and none were a Pre-Order (back ordered) item. These items will have stated that they were not in stock and would ship at a later date. If all the items are listed as shipped, please call us and we will discuss a solution.
When will my back-order arrive?
Back-ordered (Pre-Order) items are those which we are currently out of stock. Most of the time it is an item we have on our stock orders with the manufacturers, so the wait time is generally not too long. That being said, some manufacturers do not provide a lead time for parts they are having a hard time supplying. It is case by case.
