VacuFlush Spring Cartridge (opaque face) is operated by your flush pedal to rotate and open your half ball (ball & shaft), allowing the release of vacuum for the optimal flush.
This Spring cartridge is compatible for models with a medal flush lever under a plastic beauty cover. (Pedal length varies. This is image is only for reference) 
If you feel you may need the Ball and Shaft as well, the spring cartridge is included in that kit. Click here for the parts and description.
