Bellows assembly 385230980 for the Vacuflush S-Vacuum pump, VG4-Vacuum pump and the Sealand / Dometic T-Discharge pump. The updated part has the gray colored arm and end cover. Includes the mounting bolt and bushing.
The bellows arm and bottom may vary in color. Dometic was supplying them in a dark gray for a short while, but they are back to tan.
*This does not include the O-rings. If you have 8 bolts holding the lid of the pump to the body of the pump, you will need part number 385310151.
If you have a big metal clamp holding the lid of your pump to the body of the pump, you will need part number 385319039.*
NOTE: Please be aware of Knock-Off Bellows being sold by companies that are not affiliated with Dometic. They will not fit Dometic pumps. They are too tall, too thin and are not sealed to create or hold vacuum. Here is the comparison of the Dometic Bellows vs the Knock-Off.
Bellows Installation Tips:
STEP 1: Make sure the o-ring is INSIDE the top lip of the bellows!!
STEP 2: Snap the bellows into place by squeezing the bellows and the pump top together.
STEP 3: The o-ring should not be visible from the side view. It will be sealing the bellows opening to the pump top inside the bellows lip itself.
STEP 4: Clamp the bellows onto the lid. The flat side of the clamps should be up, against the lid.
